It appears you need a photo of the serial number and markings on the gun you wish to sbr, and the AP5 that comes with the shield RDS has the mount covering half the serial number. The only way to remove is to cut it off.

Just an FYI in case anyone else runs into this, apparently if you want to SBR a Century AP5 you need to list MKE as the manufacturer. I'm sure how the model number needs to be entered since the AP5 designation is from Century not MKE.
