Case received- August 3, 2018. Hi , My EB1 - I 485 case was transferred on Oct 18th 2022. Anyone on the same boat or any advice when we could expect some good news. My I485 was applied a year back (May'21) and couple of weeks back I got a notice stating that "In Order to Speed up processing we transferred your application/petition to following USCIS office for processing" and I see the NBC , Lee's Summit MO address given. Its an EB based I485 & I already have my EAD&AP. Today I got a transfer notice saying that our 485s and 485J transferred to National Benefits Center, PO Box 648005, Lee's Summit, MO 64064 from TSC. Trying tI-485 priority date: April 8th 2019 I-485 fee for fingerprints: April 10th, 2019 I-485 appt for fingerprints: April 19th, 2019 I-485 updated with fingerprints: May 27 2021 I-485 Opened an inquiry: Apr 21 2022 I-485 Case transferred to another office: Apr 25 2022 I-485 Case transf. and a new office has jurisdiction: Apr 26 2022 (NBC) I'm also located in Minnesota. I filed late Jan 2020, Bio in March and got EAD late July, this pieces are handled by NBC. The I-485 at some point was transferred to the field office, they handle the interview scheduling, interview, adjudication etc. Unfortunately for you and I , MN is known to be extremely slow. I-485 Cases at the Nebraska and Texas Service Centers Are Being Transferred to National Benefits Center. April 6, 2022. The USCIS has directed the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) and Texas Service Center (TSC) to cease new adjudications of all employment-based Forms I-485 (except for 4 th preference petitions) and transfer those cases to the National Benefits Center (NBC), located in Summit, MO.
