It’s just not usually the most effective imaging modality for pancreas, especially more visually subtle pathologies such as pancreatitis, and we often aren’t able to see the entire organ clearly.Pancreas: The head and body of the pancreas appear unremarkable. Liver: The liver parenchyma appears echogenic suggesting fatty liver. An indeterminate hypoechoic focus measuring 2cm is noted in the right lobe. Gallbladder: Gallstones are seen.
